Availability varies by service area, eligibility, plan year, carrier participation, enrollment period, and other applicable requirements. Benefits, provider networks, formularies, costs, and plan terms can change.
3. Enrollment and plan documents
A website visit, callback request, educational conversation, or discussion of plan options does not by itself enroll you in a Medicare plan. Enrollment occurs only through an authorized enrollment process and is subject to Medicare and plan requirements.

4. Calls and records
Calls may be recorded for quality, training, compliance, or recordkeeping when required or appropriate. Medicare plans and organizations may impose additional requirements concerning recording, retention, scope of appointment, permission to contact, and enrollment documentation.
